CHEESE BAKE🧀

Keto Cheddar Omelette (Single Serving)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 100 g soft cream cheese (such as mascarpone or Philadelphia)
  • 150 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Grate the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese into a baking dish (preferably a round springform pan).
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream cheese well using an electric mixer. Season with your preferred spices.
  4. While mixing the egg and cheese mixture, gradually pour in the melted but cooled butter.
  5. Pour the resulting mixture over the cheese layer in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
  8. Before serving, let the bake cool for at least a few minutes.

 

NOTES:

This bake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. It's also freezer-friendly, so after baking, you'll always have a delicious breakfast "on hand."
